Detergent Cakes Up

 The detergent really cakes up and I think that there should be some way to run it unloaded to clean out all the lines to it or some type of dissolving agent. Can anyone help ?

How can I repair the starter on my lawnmower ?

How can I repair the starter on my lawnmower? It is a Scott’s lawnmower with a Brigg’s and Stratton engine. The cord broke off of the rewind starter. Is there a way that I can re-attach the cord or will I have to replace the whole starter?
