Generally with walk behind lawnmowers a petrol can of about 2 gallons is recommended so you you won't have excess hanging around in the garage. So if you don't mind dashing off now and againto refill the 1 gal can, it should be suitable your machine. You'll know quickly if your 1 gallon is too small....after a mowing or too. Hard for us to answer because we don't know your lawn size.
You are right about not finding fuel capacity for walk behinds......they don't list it, even when you go to the engine specs.
Ride on mowers have around a 3+ gallon capacity......that was easily found.

That model you have comes with more than one type of engine, so I can't say how big with certainty. I can say that my Troy-Bilt was a predecessor of this model, and its fuel tank held about 1 gallon (3.8 Litres).

Hope this helps!

I own a Neuton battery powered lawn mower..for almost 4 years now.
1. The battery weighs more than the mower and can be hung on a wall..
2. You get about an hour and a half of mowing time with each charge - and the battery cannot be over-charged.
3. Conveinent - No more petrol, spark-plugs, or pull cords.
4. 3 year warranty.
5. It is environmentally friendly (over the petrol mowers), quietier, and reliable.
I have even mowed my lawn at night just to see if the neighbors would complain..They did not.

I just bought a Homelight 24volt cordless mower last week. I had to let it charge for 17 hours initially before use. But once charged it was very simple to operate and much quieter than a regular lawnmower. The directions with mine said the running time is proportional to the depth of the grass your cutting. If you are cutting low grass, it will go farther on the charge than if you are having to cut high grass. For repeat charging, it says it will only require 5 hours. I am pleased with the mower so far and would recommend it to you. I purchased mine at Home Depot.

I have a Yardworks 24v one and love it. It's very quiet which I like. I can cut the lawn late in the evening without disturbing the neighbourhood and deafening me. It will cut about 100 x 100 feet of lawn on one charge unless the grass is really long or wet. The mower is light and easy to push and has a mulcher which saves raking.

I have a craftsman that is cordless and electric, and I love it. It is lightweight, starts with a key. Actually it does need to be plugged in to recharge the battery. If you are worried about not having enough charge to finish the job, it's not a problem. You will have more than enough energy for several cuts. Just remember to recharge it.

No its not normal... (unless you have it on choke) then its normal...

If it runs fine (you can rev it up and down with no black smoke) and it doesn't go through gas like mad... its fine..
Black is a rich condition,... not oil.. oil is white/blue.

Hmm...

As long as it doesn't smoke while running, it may just be burning off excess fuel that was left in the engine from the last time it was shut off. That would explain the black puff.

This happened to me. Ours wasn't even cleaning dishes anymore it was so clogged up. We had a guy come out to fix it, and all he did was mix some vegetable oil with dishwashing liquid (the stuff you use to handwash dishes in the sink not the stuff that goes in the dishwasher)- just a little of both, and run that through. He also told us to run the water on the faucet long enough for it to get hot before running the dishwasher. He said if you don't, then when you run the dishwasher, the cold water can't dissolve the dishwashing detergent completely so it clumps up. He also said to not use the little blocks of detergent. He said the gel kind is best.

It's probably the heater core sensor thats faulty. It would probably cost you more to take it in and get it fixed.
Some things that are made are throw away items, it's cheaper to buy a new one, than to try and get it fixed, unless you know someone that does that kind of work and will get you a super good deal on labor!!!!

If you have a high mineral water source it is possible there is a clog in the supply line or valve.

If your meat is hard froze I wouldn't recommend adjusting temp.

A handyman probably has an add in your local paper and should be able to trouble shoot the problem ( make sure you ask if he/she has experience in this area).

The suggestion is for you to contact Kenmore or check your manual for troubleshooting.
Sounds like maybe a blockage in the water input line. If so, the water line may need to be disconnected and cleaned (or flushed out). Neglecting this may eventually damage the ice maker.
